My vision for the future....

...is missing. I don't have one right now. At least, I don't have a well-formed vision for the future. Not one that I could clearly articulate to you.

I am just living, day by day.

If I don't have a vision for the future, someone else will see to it that I live in theirs.

I think I’ve written about this before, but truthfully, that doesn’t matter. I have to rearticulate it for myself. That’s how I stay motivated. Vision can’t be written in a document and handed out. It has to be constantly reaffirmed and discussed and made a living part of the ethos.
